In a recent conversation with a client we talked briefly about emotional resiliency. Unknown to most people is the fact that resiliency can be strengthened.
Naturally some individuals are more resilient than others.
It is possible to build our resiliency and flex it much like Chris Hemsworth (Thor) flexes his biceps.

The author, Maria Bogdanos, gives five points/steps to help her readers overcome difficult situations and become more resilient.
Let me say that these points are not all easy; it will take some hard work! However the end result is very much worth the hard work!
